Simple, honest terms governing your use of Try Garage AI.
By downloading, installing, or using the Try Garage AI App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MAMIN Boubaker ("I", "me", "my"), an independent developer operating under the brand Mamin Labs, publisher of Try Garage AI.
Try Garage AI is developed and maintained by MAMIN Boubaker, an independent developer operating under the brand Mamin Labs. The official website is trygarage.maminlabs.com, a subdomain of maminlabs.com, both personally owned and managed by MAMIN Boubaker.
Try Garage AI provides AI-powered vehicle visualization tools that allow users to apply virtual styles, finishes, and modifications to photos of their vehicles. The service uses in-app virtual credits called "Pixels" to meter access to AI transformation features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also change Pixel prices and revise service policies at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via our official website or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your anonymous account is tied to your device. Clearing app data or reinstalling the App will generate a new device ID, and any remaining Pixels balance on the previous ID cannot be recovered.
Try Garage AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license does not grant any rights to the App's source code, AI models, or underlying technology. We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time for violations of these Terms.
All updates to the App are deemed to constitute an integral part of the App and are governed by the terms of this Agreement.

Pixels are not a currency, investment, or financial instrument. Purchases are final once the transformation is delivered.
By purchasing Pixels, you acknowledge that the purchase is final and that you are accessing a digital service with immediate availability. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once access has begun.
For refund requests, contact trygarage_support@maminlabs.com with your Google Play purchase receipt.
The App and its entire contents — including AI models, UI design, graphics, and branding — are owned by Try Garage AI or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.
You retain full ownership of original photos you upload. All AI-generated transformation images produced by the App belong entirely to you, with no restrictions on how you use them.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of your anonymous device account without notice or refund.
The App may provide links to our official website, trygarage.maminlabs.com, for technical, informational, or support purposes.
The App integrates the following third-party services to deliver its functionality. Each service is governed by its own privacy policy and terms of service:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold Try Garage AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your violation of any right of a third party, including intellectual property rights.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Try Garage AI, operated by MAMIN Boubaker under the brand Mamin Labs, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
In any case, the total liability of Try Garage AI for any claim arising out of or in connection with the App shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the App or in-app purchases within the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, whether contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. We are also not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party AI providers, network outages, or force majeure events.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or by Try Garage AI.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days of written notice may be submitted to the competent courts of Algeria.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Try Garage AI concerning the App and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements. Any cause of action arising out of or related to the App must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise it is permanently barred.
