Simple, honest terms governing your use of Try Garage AI — including how your data is processed and your rights.
By tapping "Continue" when these Terms are presented, or by downloading, installing, or using the Try Garage AI App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MAMIN Boubaker ("I", "me", "my"), an independent solo developer acting in a personal capacity and publishing under the personal brand name Mamin Labs (which is not a registered company or business entity), publisher of Try Garage AI.
Try Garage AI is developed and maintained by MAMIN Boubaker, an independent solo developer. "Mamin Labs" is a personal brand name used for publishing this project — it is not a registered company, not a business entity, and has no employees. The official website is trygarage.maminlabs.com, a subdomain of maminlabs.com, both personally owned and managed by MAMIN Boubaker as an individual.
Try Garage AI provides AI-powered vehicle visualization tools: photo transformations (paint, tires, wheels, accessories), paint-code (OEM color) reading and application, vehicle video generation (cinematic and presentation formats), 3D model generation with in-app and AR viewing, a browser-based test-drive page on our own website for previewing your generated 3D car ("Try in Game"), an optional 3D live wallpaper that renders your generated car on your home screen, and optional sharing of generated content via temporary links. The service uses in-app virtual credits called "Pixels" to meter access to AI generation features.
The App processes your vehicle photos using external cloud-based AI services — including Google Gemini / Veo (Google LLC), OpenAI GPT Image / Sora (OpenAI, Inc.), Krea AI, and the 3D providers Tripo3D and Meshy, in some cases reached through API gateways (see §13 for the complete list). When you request a generation, your photo is transmitted securely to the selected provider's servers for processing and the result is returned to your device. For complete details on how your images are handled, see §09 — AI Transformations and our Privacy Policy §06.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also change Pixel prices and revise service policies at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via our official website or through an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
In the event the App is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the App, our website, or our store listing where possible. Upon discontinuation, all unused Pixels will expire with no obligation to refund or compensate users, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Your account is a pseudonymous, device-based service record tied to your physical device — your Device ID functions like a wallet identifier that holds your Pixels balance, with no name, email, or traditional account attached. This record does not contain your name or contact details, but it may still be associated with your use of the App and is subject to the deletion rights described in the Privacy Policy. The Device ID persists across app reinstalls, updates, and clearing app data, ensuring your Pixels balance is preserved. It is only regenerated if you perform a factory reset of your device, in which case any remaining Pixels balance on the previous ID cannot be recovered.
Try Garage AI grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not grant any rights to the App's source code, AI models, or underlying technology. We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time for violations of these Terms.
All updates to the App are deemed to constitute an integral part of the App and are governed by the terms of this Agreement.
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
You represent and warrant that you own — or have the full legal right and permission to use — any photograph you upload to the App, whether captured via the device camera or selected from your gallery. You are solely responsible for any third-party claims (including ownership, copyright, trademark, design rights, or privacy claims) arising from the photos you submit. We are not responsible for verifying ownership and accept no liability for any dispute arising from user-uploaded imagery.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for: (a) all text you enter into the App, including vehicle details and contact information — you represent that you have the right to publish that information and that it does not identify any third party without their consent; (b) all content you generate; and (c) all content you choose to share, publish, or make accessible via the App's sharing features (including 3D share links and the browser-based test-drive page on our domain) or by any other means.
If you use generated content commercially (including vehicle sale listings), you are the publisher of that content and solely responsible for its accuracy and legality, including compliance with consumer-protection and advertising laws in your jurisdiction. We are not a party to, and accept no liability arising from, any transaction, advertisement, or communication you conduct using generated content.
Pixels are not a currency, investment, or financial instrument. Purchases are final once the transformation is delivered.
All in-app purchases are processed securely and exclusively through Google Play Billing.
By making a purchase, you also agree to Google Play's Terms of Service.
By purchasing Pixels, you acknowledge that the purchase is final and that you are accessing a digital service with immediate availability. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once access has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Two different things — money vs. Pixels. Refunds of purchase money are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law — we do not process card refunds ourselves. Separately, if a generation fails because of an error on our servers, we restore the Pixels consumed for that generation. A Pixel restoration is not a monetary refund: it returns virtual credits to your balance, not money to your payment method.

Critical disclaimer — AI outputs are NOT engineering-accurate previews. AI transformations are visual interpretations only and do not represent how a real-world paint, wheel, finish, or modification will actually look on the physical vehicle. Real-world results depend on lighting, paint quality, surface conditions, professional installation, and many other variables outside our control. DO NOT make real-world purchasing, painting, modification, repair, or financial decisions based solely on App outputs. Always consult a qualified automotive professional, paint shop, or vehicle modifier before committing to any real-world change. We disclaim all liability for any costs, damages, or losses arising from real-world decisions made based on App imagery.
This disclaimer applies equally to all generated content: images, videos, presentation videos, and 3D models. Generated videos and 3D models are artistic approximations — vehicle proportions, colors, text rendering, motion, and details may be inaccurate, distorted, or fictional. Text you enter for presentation videos is rendered by an AI or automated system and may occasionally appear misspelled, mispositioned, or altered; review every video before sharing it or relying on its contents. We accept no liability for any use of generated content in listings, advertisements, sales, or any commercial or personal context.
Before the App transmits any photo to an external AI provider for the first time, an in-app consent notice is shown that clearly explains where the image will be sent (the AI providers disclosed in our Privacy Policy §6.7), that the original photo is deleted after processing, and that photos are not used for AI model training per the providers' published API terms. You must tap "Continue" to proceed. Your acceptance is stored locally on your device; the notice will not appear again unless you reinstall the App or clear its data. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing the App's data via your device settings, which will cause the consent dialog to appear again on the next launch before any AI processing can occur.
In accordance with Google Play's AI-Generated Content Policy, the App provides a built-in content reporting mechanism enabling users to flag any AI-generated result they consider offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable — directly within the App, without needing to exit. The Report feature covers every kind of AI-generated content: result images, generated videos, and generated 3D models (when reporting a 3D model, a copy of the model file is included with the report for review; when reporting a video, a reference to the exact video is included).
You may request deletion of any submitted report at any time. See Privacy Policy §6.5 for the complete data handling disclosure, including your rights and the deletion process.
The App requests specific device permissions to deliver its core features. By using the App, you consent to these permission requests where applicable.

You may revoke any permission at any time via your device Settings → Apps → Try Garage AI → Permissions, though doing so may limit App functionality.
The App and its entire contents — including AI models, UI design, graphics, and branding — are owned by Try Garage AI or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.
You retain the rights you already hold in the original photos you upload. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the AI providers' terms, you are free to use, share, and publish the content you generate with the App; however, we make no representation that AI-generated output is protected by copyright, is unique to you, or does not resemble other outputs, and we do not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, originality, or non-infringement of any generated content.
Because all AI outputs belong to you, you bear sole and exclusive responsibility for the legality and consequences of any AI-generated image, video, or 3D model you create using the App, including any subsequent use, publication, or distribution. Any AI output that violates applicable law, infringes any third-party right, or breaches §12 (Prohibited Use) remains your responsibility, not ours. We disclaim all liability for any user-generated content produced through the App.
If you believe content processed or made shareable through the App infringes your intellectual property or privacy rights (for example, a shared 3D model or video), email trygarage_support@maminlabs.com with the content link and a description of your right. Verified complaints result in prompt removal — shared links additionally expire automatically within 24 hours. This voluntary takedown process is the exclusive first remedy for content complaints, and prompt removal shall fully discharge any related obligation to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The App integrates the following third-party services to deliver its functionality. Each is governed by its own privacy policy and terms of service, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or data practices.
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
All links within the App serve only legitimate technical or informational purposes — documentation, policy pages, customer support, or the "more info" links shown on catalog content items (styles, accessories, video scenes), which open purely informational pages about that item. The "Try in Game" button opens a browser-based test-drive page hosted on our own domain solely so you can preview and test your generated 3D car model — it is a technical preview tool, not part of the App, and is not used for advertising or commercial promotion. No in-app links are used for advertising or affiliate promotions. Our website maminlabs.com and its subdomains may independently contain informational or commercial content; such content is entirely separate from the App.
Your privacy is important to us. This section summarizes key data protection commitments. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
If anything in these Terms conflicts with the Privacy Policy regarding privacy or data processing, the more protective requirement — and any mandatory applicable law — will apply.
You agree to indemnify and hold Try Garage AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of this Agreement or any applicable law; or (c) your violation of any right of a third party, including intellectual property rights.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Try Garage AI (operated by MAMIN Boubaker under Mamin Labs) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the App or in-app purchases within the 12 months preceding the claim. We are also not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party AI providers, network outages, or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
We are not liable for any failure, delay, or interruption of the App caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages or policy changes by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI), Firebase or Google Cloud incidents, Google Play Store outages, internet service disruptions, government restrictions or sanctions, regulatory changes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events of force majeure.
Any features marked as "beta", "preview", "experimental", or otherwise indicated as early-access are provided "as is" without any guarantee of stability, accuracy, performance, or continued availability. Such features may be modified or removed at any time without notice or liability.
The App offers an optional 3D live wallpaper that renders a 3D vehicle on your device's home screen using real-time graphics (the Filament rendering engine). It is a cosmetic, entertainment feature, is not required to use the App, and you may disable it at any time from your device's wallpaper settings. It is provided "as is" and its behavior depends entirely on your specific device, its hardware, its operating-system version, and the manufacturer's software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that:
The live wallpaper renders locally on your device and does not collect, upload, or transmit any additional personal data (see Privacy Policy §07).
The App is an entertainment and visualization tool operated by a single independent developer, not a company with legal or compliance staff. By using the App you accept it on that basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release and forever discharge MAMIN Boubaker from any claim, demand, or damages of any kind arising out of or connected with: AI-generated output (including offensive, inaccurate, or unexpected results); actions or omissions of third-party AI providers and platforms; loss of Pixels, generated content, or data; content you or others share via the App; and any real-world decision made in reliance on App output. This release does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of MAMIN Boubaker for all claims combined — regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) — shall never exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the first claim, or (b) ten (10) US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
Where required by law, you retain applicable refund, consumer-protection, and data-protection rights after termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days of written notice may be submitted to the competent courts of Algeria.
Nothing in this clause limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under the local law of your country of residence. Users located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland retain all mandatory consumer protection rights conferred by their local law — including rights under the GDPR and applicable EU consumer directives — regardless of the choice of governing law above.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or action arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App must be brought individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, collective proceeding, consolidated action, or representative proceeding against the developer. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by mandatory local law.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first send a written description of the issue to trygarage_support@maminlabs.com and allow 60 days for a good-faith resolution (including refund, Pixel restoration, or data deletion, where appropriate). Most issues — failed generations, billing errors, data requests — are resolved this way within days. Any proceeding initiated without completing this step shall be stayed or dismissed pending compliance, to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Try Garage AI concerning the App and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements. Except where a longer period is required by applicable law, any cause of action must be commenced within one (1) year after it accrues. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory legal rights.
